Tawanda & the Jazz Salon bring the best of the Great American Songbook to Borrego Springs, which was a favorite hideaway for Hollywood stars including Clark Gable, Bing Crosby and Marilyn Monroe in the 1950’s, many of whom left their mark on the community’s artistic legacy. Today, thanks to generations of dedicated performers, directors, and community supporters, the Performing Arts Center continues to thrive, and proudly hosts a diverse lineup of performances all year long.
